Matt Spaid and the guys at Jim Nichols Construction were amazing. From a great design to completed project it was a great experience. Very competitive pricing and quality contractors. Local company that takes pride in ther work. I love my addition and I'm having them do another project for me . I highly recommend Jim Nichols Construction!

I contracted with this company to fix a leak from my bathroom that presents itself in the kitchen below. They reinstalled the shower and retiled the floors, I paid them $9,000 for their work. After the same leak reappeared in the kitchen they have failed to stand by their work. Now I am having to hire another contractor to do the same work I paid them for.

What a worthwhile experience I had with Jim Nichols Construction team! They take great pride in what they offer, up for any challenge, & worked off our agreed-upon budget. With a simple picture & drawing of a contemporary house plan little did they know I placed my dream in their hands. Work began & the amount of care for our ‘Neck of the Woods’,… lifestyle, & craftsmanship was evident from day one. The attention to modern details & building exactly what I wanted was unmatched.
