Your General Contractor is Michael C. Scheulen. Mike is on the job site daily and oversees all aspect of the construction process. Once building starts, Mike will be available to answer any questions you may have, or you may contact Jenn Scheulen. From permits to closing, construction typically takes between 4 and 5 months.

My fiance and I just completed the purchase of our first home from M.S. Construction LLC. We looked at a ton of houses before our realtor showed us the one from M.S. Construction. We were basically sold on the house before even walking inside. We looked at a lot of new builds, but M.S. Construction by far went above and beyond any of the other builders by putting finishing touches that other builders looked right past. M.S. Construction used nicer appliances, nicer fixtures and put a nice deck on the beck of the house! They also used really nice counter tops. Great builders! I am really pleased

MS Construction finished our basement doubling our living space. We are very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism displayed by MS Construction. They changed a dark storage area into a great play area enjoyed by our whole family. I am using them for a second project and would highly recommend them for any building project.
