Chris, would not accommodate me for a partial high lite service with a young talented lady foils is what I wanted and she wanted to charge me 95.00 nothing less, greedy.... she let me walk out and lose my business for her new talent as her customer as a business she should have accommodated her customers with whatever they would like that is then good business and professionalism now she lost my business and possibly more, what a shame.

I've been getting my hair done by Anna for years! I've gone many places and have had some horrible experiences with getting my blonde highlights. My color always turns out great when she does it! She is very knowledgeable with recommending products and has showed me how to style my hair easily at home too! I've always been happy with my hair color and she is very attentive with haircuts! Chris and Company opened their salon to us on the morning of my daughters wedding. Our party of 10 was meticulously attended to by Felicia, Anna, Michaela, Hannah, and Anna at the front desk. Each staff member was professional, welcoming, energetic, and kind. We all started this special day with beautiful styles, confidence, and felt fabulous, thanks to the wonderful Chris and Company staff. The entire experience was impressive. Thank you!!!

Hannah was fabulous! I hadn't cut my hair in over 18 months and she made me feel like a model. Wonderful conversation in addition to a perfect cut, wash and massage, and styled perfectly to go. This was my first cut here and I'll be back!

I called and spoke to Chris today who immediately accommodated me to coming in and told her my experience with an expensive salon that did not give me what I expected and with her help she welcomed me with open arms and I had Michaila. She was outstanding and gave me the cut I originally had wanted from my bad experience elsewhere. Stacy was awesome! I am pretty picky and I am new to the area. She is also pretty new to the area but VERY experienced. My color is really great! She finished my hair with a dry cut to shape it. It was such a good cut it came out perfect even when I washed and did myself tonight.
And the price was really reasonable for such quality work. I called and was clear about what I wanted and Chris, the owner, paired us perfectly the first time! Seriously, I found a diamond on the first try and I am so glad.

I have been getting my hair done here since the salon has opened. I get my hair done by Sara...she is a color genius, not to mention hilarious! Every time I walk into Chris & Co I feel like I am transported back to the times of Kings and Queens. The decor is on point...chandeliers, murals, everything just makes me feel so relaxed! The staff is beautiful, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. It is odvious that the salon industry is Chris’ passion, she is there to greet me with a smile every time I walk in! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Chris & Company salon!

Felicia is a great stylist and color expert. I love my blonde highlights and get compliments all the time on how natural the color is. She is one of the only stylists I know who can confidently razor cut my hair for extra volume. Great service and a great salon.

My usual stylist left. The owner scheduled me with someone else who she assured me was excellent. Got the WORST hair cut and highlights EVER! Went back to have highlights fixed and she made them worse! Will NEVER go back!

I've been going to Britta for ages - she's a pro at beautiful blonde highlights (I've learned the hard way that not everyone is) and always gives my thick hair a great cut. When I made the mistakes of going elsewhere for my color (see previous comment) and choosing a cut that gave me horribly dated layers (think the Rachel), she welcomed me back with open arms and helped me to face and fix the consequences of my poor decision making.

I receive so many compliments on my hair and wish I could send more people her way. Sadly, I've lived out of the state for several years now

I really liked my first experience here and highly recommend it! I really loved my hair when it was finished. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The hair dresser I had was very friendly and skillful/knowledgeable. I highly recommend Olivia. The front desk lady could have been a little more inviting. Overall I would definitely go back!

Booked an appointment with Olivia before my first week of training at a new job, and despite me being about 15 minutes late, they still accommodated me right as I walked in. I usually dislike how my hair looks after I get a cut, but never once did I get that feeling after Olivia used her expertise to make me look amazing! She will definitely be seeing me again in the future!

I have called back three times over the last week saying I was not happy with my color. I was told to wait the week and wash it and the color would fade which I did and called back and they just kept telling me to wash it a couple times. No offer to fix it. Ally, the last person I spoke to was not even listening to anything I was saying....DON'T go there as a new customer. They do not value customer service and the manager is out until next month but I will be sure to call back and complain about the service.
