Not only is it designed to save you thousands of dollars, it will instantly tell you within the website or app if the Program is available for that drug.

I just recently started getting my prescriptions through RXValet, and honestly, I was unfamiliar and a little afraid of what the procedure is. I had to set up some maintenance meds on home delivery and wasn't sure how to do it. I made one phone call and they walked me through it! Easy peasy! Prices are comparable to GoodRX. My doctors office actually messed up on one of the meds... RXValet - shout out to Amber - caught it, called me, and corrected it! Difference in price of about $300! She also sent me texts letting me know it was corrected and that it shipped! No guessing or follow up

Idk what is worse Aliera Healthcare/share or Rx Valet? I'm not complaining about the level of care that I receive with my Aliera plan, I am totally disappointed with the customer service and knowledge base that anyone at these 2 companies have when I call to ask a question. I don't even know where to begin? Every time I call to get clarification I get the runaround, the wrong claim information, rx valet telling me to call Aliera or Aliera telling me to call Rx Valet? I am a new customer with RX Valet. I have been pleasantly surprised at how responsive they are. I've been working with Tracey Bright. Her customer service has been wonderful. she's followed up with emails and phone calls. She's been great in helping me set up my new prescription and getting them transferred from my old pharmacy. Aliera Healthcare has farmed out its prescription administration to this company and it's a freaking joke. Each time I've called for help the people to whom I spoke were rude and unhelpful, without any compassion or inclination to help.
What's worse is that a script called in by my doctor doesn't populate in their system immediately; it takes "at least 24 hours" to show up in the system.
