Michele possesses over ten years of experience in the area of store operations and customer service within a retail pharmacy environment. From 2003 to 2013 - she directed the customer service team for a major national chain. Michele was directly involved in not only the supervision of the team but also providing direct support to the customers.

It is from this experience that Michele derives her passion for providing unparalleled customer service and cherishes the interactions with each and every customer. She will maintain control over the front-of-store activities and will manage the day-to-day operations of the store. Esther has been a practicing Pharmacist for over sixteen years.
