THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DISABLED!!!!!
The man is rude and unprofessional they been owing me money about 3 months now and now he's not answering the phone. His secretary acts clueless. He lied and said he was going to PayPal me my money or bring it and it never happened. Now he refuse to pick up my call or reply back to my texts. December 31 and I still haven't received my refund from October. Smh

I ordered a wheelchair transportation from Michael for my disabled mother. The receipt was sent to me correct. I had ordered a wheelchair transport. However on the transport day a sedan was sent to my house. Driver stated that he did not have a wheelchair ordered. I called Michael, who I had originally spoken to. He said that he didn’t have wheelchair services. He said “can’t she get out of the wheelchair and get in the car”?. I said no “if she could do that I’d do it”. I sent him a copy of his receipt, stating I ordered a wheelchair service. He told me I’d have my money that Monday

Thank you all so much!! I was low on options coming into florida for pickup and transport of powerchair coming into orlando international airport landing at 1am. Other sources quoted close to $300 and availability would be the problem. I spoke with mike and he took my reservation for $100, which is by far the best rate I found. In addition thet were very friendly and accommodating. The airline messed up my chair and I had the driver waiting almost 2 hours in cell lot. He was very pleasant and nice throughout, I felt bad for making him wait but this an A+ service all around. I highly recommend ws
