My parents were awakened in the middle of the night to the sound of me clinging pans together in the kitchen while trying to cook some eggs for myself, just at the age of 3. My passion to cook for others grew stronger as I got older. Cooking and serving the community has always been a pleasure to me.

Absolutely the best ribs I have ever had...
The owner had locked the door for the day but was still there...and as I walked away he came out and asked if I was interested in anything he had left...I bought both slabs of ribs...and had some right then..the second slab I served to company the next day...and they said the same thing...Best ribs Ever!!! Thank you so much... Really appreciate your opening that door for me...

Some great BBQ at the 4 way stop in Tate! I got the ribs with mac and cheese, and Brunswick Stew. The ribs were so tender and the Brunswick stew was some of the best I’ve had! Keep us the great work Jason!

If you are looking for some of the best BBQ you’ve ever had with top-notch service to boot, reach out to Sideburners BBQ. I am from Texas, home of some of the best BBQ around and so I had my doubts, but sideburners brisket, pulled pork and sides did not disappoint! My family was visiting Big Canoe and Jason went out of his way to meet me close to our rental house to deliver us food. The taste and service can’t be beat!

RIBS! As many claim to be, I'm a ribs skeptic. These were top flight. Get this.......you do not need to add sauce. Now, that's good and you don't need a salad, either. Next time, it's ribs for sure. However, I'll take a pass on their coleslaw. It's not my style and over-priced

My husband and I booked Sideburners BBQ Food Truck for our wedding last weekend and I could not be happier! The food is absolutely fantastic and the owner, Jason, made it such an easy process to book. We selected a smaller menu from his menu and provided tickets for our guests to get their meal at the wedding. Everyone raved to us about how good the food was. He arrived early to get set up and they worked quickly and efficiently and the wait was never too long. I could not recommend them more!!

New BBQ restaurant at the 4-way in Tate! Excellent bbq pulled pork sandwich! Also, got a rack of ribs perfectly cooked. Jason, the owner, was very friendly and is a local. Stop by and give them a try!
