Just terrible service. My mother was trying to call to set an appointment for PT since she had a tear in her MCL and the receptionist was just awful. As my mother was trying to read her insurance number, she just kept saying she couldn't understand my mother and I understood maybe it was her slight accent so i took the phone and decided to do it for her and the receptionist then told me she could not understand me when I was being clear. Once I finished she then proceeded telling me that she could not contact the insurance for the coverage and could not give us the price of what we would need to

I'm moving states and I'm scared to go anywhere else because I love these guys so much! Fantastic physical therapists that are welcoming, kind, empathetic, and know what they're doing. This is my second experience with physical therapy, but the first where I really WANTED to go in because I was being pushed to the next level in safe, yet empowering ways as I recover from ACL reconstruction. HIGHLY recommend Axis in Breck, and I will time and time again!

I would highly recommend Axis Sports Medicine to anyone that is looking for top notch physical therapy in the Summit County area. It is definitely worth the drive!
Kristin and Barb were extremely helpful to me prior to my knee surgery and the care has continued to be great after surgery as well. Not only are they flexible with my schedule--they both are able to piggy-back off of each other in the exercises that they give me; that means I never miss a step when I go and see them. They both listen to my needs and concerns and honestly are friendly faces I enjoyed seeing when I was bummed and stressed
