Equilibrium Physical Therapy seeks to promote a holistic transition from injury and pain to healthy movement. Carrie Eckenhoff, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, owner of Equilibrium Physical Therapy, is dedicated to providing one-on-one care in a calm, focused setting. She approaches each individual with a unique concern for their goals, whether competitive, recreational, work-related, or just related to daily function.

Please visit the Altius webpage for more information on the physical therapists, the location, etc.
Services
She takes an evidence-based approach and utilizes her expertise in manual therapy (hands-on treatments) to facilitate quicker recovery and success for her patients. She is also certified as a Restorative Yoga instructor, and uses these principles to complement neuromuscular and strength training with many of her patients.
Are you ready? A discovery visit is a way to help you decide. It can be in-person at the studio or on the phone (your choice), and will last 10-15 minutes. This starts as a conversation between you and the PT so that she can best understand your history, the nature of your condition, and your goals.

Carrie is the most caring health provider I go to. She is extremely patient, detail oriented, and a listener first and foremost. The amount of time she dedicates to her patients is unparalleled. We are so lucky to have her knowledge, care and abilities here in our Valley.

Great space and really attentive care from Carrie! Dry needling helped out with my shoulder issues! She was easy to work with and has a ton of knowledge on the intricacies of the human body and movement.
