We have been working to get my husband's disability approved to know avail on our own. I contacted Tracey & the girls who worked deligently to get his disability approved. It was more of a task because of Covid to get ahold of anyone. They worked extra hard. It finally got approved & they put the wrong date down for when he stopped working. Then Tracey & her office had to start with an appeal. They never gave up on us. Mindy also did a fantastic job with calling me to keep up on his upcoming doctors appointments & procedures. Thank you all so much for making a stressful situation

Ms Pate and her associates are super great down to earth people who have went over and above to help me thru an extremely sensitive and overwhelming disability case. I still haven't gotten anything to help me. Idk why but the howard County social services system has a deliberately unfair way to stop or create unresolved issues with the basic services offered and needed for me. The fact that I have sezuires stops my ability to maintain a job, my epilepsy is a legitimate mental an physical disability. If I didn't need the help from my government I wouldn't be asking. Please stop ignoring my needs.
