Not at all satisfied with this service. I depended on them for transportation to and from Dialysis 3 days a week. Used them for almost 2 months when the owner decided he can pick me up and take me to dialysis but then he couldn't pick me up to bring me home. So I had to transfer to do my dialysis in another town so he would then bring me home too. Most times they are late to pick me up to come home. 3 days ago they made me wait right at 1 1/2 hours before they got there to bring me home. They were specifically told what time my dialysis would be finished and were expected to be there to pick me

The comapny ambulance has hit one of our unit and they do not have insurance. Thanks God no one has been hurt but they are not paying for our damages. Operating such sensetive company with no legal nor proper insurance to me it is a crime please avoid this company since they are shakey. The man on the phone was a rude African man telling me that he does not have insurance and they did not have it their Anbulance. My personal opinion the Ambulance was pretty old and i hope it could make it to the patient.
