Elena did such an absolutely stunning job. I have long hair and went in for a balayage. I had no idea what to expect. Oh my goodness I have nothing but wonderful things to say! She spent 5 hours making sure my hair was perfect, and I can honestly say the time flew by! Not only is Elena extremely talented and a true artist she is genuinely a wonderful and warm hearted person. I will be recommending her to my friends and family! I’m absolutely in love with my hair, I can’t wait to go back!

Mirage is awesome! I now have been seeing Laura for the past couple years and couldn't be happier. I get expert cut and color, plus all the things that make my visits a treat every time: friendly, down to earth staff, lovely conversation, cappucinos, amazing shampoo service, tons of easy parking, and all in a welcoming and NOT pretentious environment. Very reasonable prices as well! We have lots of salons in Natick but I feel like this is a great one for just about anyone.

Best salon around! I see Tara regularly for cut and color and she's fabulous! She always keeps her appointments on time and I rarely have to even wait 5 minutes for her. I've never had better color and she perfects my style every time. She's also a gem to chat with and really easy to communicate with about your style needs. I cannot recommend this salon enough!

Have been having my hair done here for years always I get a wonderful haircut and my color looks totally natural. You really can't go wrong with any of the hairdressers here. I just wish they were a little more affordable, if they were I'd have my roots done much more often.

I've gone to the same hairdresser for years, but after a move it's been difficult to continue to see her. Someone recommended Salon Mirage. Melissa, the receptionist, was helpful & great to deal with. The shop was busy & clean. Ellen cut & colored my hair. She listened to me, gave me what I asked for & educated me on how to take care of my hair. I was offered water, tea, or cappuccino & enjoyed a relaxing hair wash. I left feeling great & well cared for. I'll be back.

I was referred to Rhiana last year when I was going thru brain cancer treatment and needed to shave my hair after hair loss. She made one of the hardest moments of my life so much easier and less painful for me. I've gone back a couple times for touch ups, brought my daughter's to her also, and she's been great! Losing my hair, and it not growing fully back, has been a struggle. Yesterday I went in to try something different. It was celebratory since I am now officially cancer free 😄. Where has Andrae been all my life. I walked out of Mirage and felt like a million dollars. There hasn't been a day that someone hasn't stopped me to ask me who cut my hair, how amazing it looks , and my new color is exactly what I was looking for. I have only gone to Andrae 2 times and you would have thought I had been going to him for years, he knew exactly what I was looking for. PLUS he does an amazing shampoo!

This was once a great salon. Some of the staff have let their skills go and or have become set in their ways. There were frequent scheduling errors and nasty gossip and attitudes from a few of the girls. After several years of tolerating mediocre cuts and color, I finally found time to find a new stylist and salon. It's time for some fresh new talent and maybe a salon facelift.

I've decided to leave Mirage Hair Design, permanently. Things started out well, which is why I gave them 3 stars, and as my time continued at the hair salon I realized I no longer want to give them my business.

I saw Linda, based off a recommendation from a friend. She is great for a cut and single color job. She cuts curly hair well too. Linda attempted Ombre in my hair and clearly didn't know the technique at the time. She colored the under hair portion of my hair red! She was not educated properly, if at all, at the time she did my hair. I expect my stylist to admit when she is not

I have been going to Pamela Kiley for a few years and she is the absolute best colorist around! She is an expert with blending the color so its just perfectly even. I went to her initially to fix my hair it was layered and all broken on the ends and very unhealthy. I get more compliments now that she has been cutting and coloring my hair. She is very professional and knowledgeable with both long and short hair. You can trust her to suggest new styles and color without hesitation! Once you find your way to Pam you will never have to look again for a great hair experience!

I had called and told them I had naturally black hair that was 24 inches long, and that I wanted to bleach it and highlight it to become a much lighter color. When asked, they said it should take 3-4 hours and cost about $150. But when I got there, I was told that they had only put me down for an hour. Throughout the experience, they were rushed and continuously expressed how they didn't have time for me.

I recently moved to MA and needed a haircut & highlights desperately. I chose Mirage Hair Design after reading all the great reviews on yelp, however, that turned out to be a big mistake ($160 mistake). My experience was nothing remotely close to what I had hoped for. The salon itself wasn't the fanciest that I have ever been in but the atmosphere was one I appreciated, one where people seemed to know their clientele by first name and chatted over coffee. There was also tons of product which is a plus in my book because I always like to purchase a little something to prove that I was at the hairdresser (this time? Shampoo to care for the platinum hair).

Julie has been my go-to hairdresser for almost 20 years; she did my hair for prom back in high school, numerous Halloween up-dos, transformed me from a beachy blonde into a glorious redhead, then back to blonde when I was ready. I have lived all over the world and have always gone out of my way to visit Julie whenever I was back in the States. Most recently, she is getting me ready for my wedding in June.

I used to go to New Image salon in Burlington and I had a hair stylist I really trusted. But when I moved, I had to find a new place to go. I am very particular about my hair, one mistake, like cutting too much of my hair off, and I will never go back. I went here the first time to get bangs, which was a big change for me. Lana was recommended to me by a friend and she did a wonderful job. She cut my bangs exactly the way I wanted them and didn't take too much off in general length.
