35 year customer of State Farm with a previous agent that retired. My portfolio was moved to this agency. I moved from DC to MD which should be a none issue for this agency, however, it is going on a week of back and forth calls trying to get my policy changed over to MD. I have been told on three occasions that my policy has been changed over and the docs emailed. Negative. I have still yet to receive the documents. Furthermore I requested to personally speak Mr. Harris and was conveniently told he was in a meeting. A process that should have been completed in less than a day is going over a week

Tiffany Brooks is the best - hands down!!!! She makes you feel like family and you know from the conversation and her actions that she’s thinking about your best interest and not just trying to get you off the phone. I highly recommend Reggie Harris’ State Farm and have told all of my family and friends where they should go for good service and reasonable prices. She actually took the time out to educate me about how insurance works - trust me, unless you’re in the business or have a good agent like this one - you have no idea! I’ve been with State Farm for many years. Everyone there has been very helpful. I’ve never had any issues with the company or the ‘Reggie Harris team’. Recently, Mackinley has been working with me and she has been nothing but professional and she’s very knowledgeable about the services that State Farm has to offer. This StateFarm Office nailed it! I was impressed with the woman that answered the phone, very professional and courteous. Maria was designated to assist me, she was very knowledgeable and detailed in her explanations in my auto insurance quote; I really appreciated that. The best part is that my rate was cheaper than the other major carriers!! Mr. Harris, you have assembled an awesome team!
