As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. If anyone is looking for a great pharmacy this is it. The people are so nice and helpful. They walked me through everything with Rustyc's new medication. They even helped me with Rustyc while they were explaining his new meds. Which if yall know my kid he is outta control when it comes to sitting still. They played with him and kept him entertained, they even recommended some over the counter stuff to help him. Its people and places like this that i love to support. They make a first time mom like me feel comfortable and not so overwhelmed.

Staff know me by name and have consistently delivered stellar service and never fail to act in my best interest and the best interest of my health with my prescriptions and advice on those prescriptions. I went here once to fill a prescription before having a tonsillectomy. Not only did they snarl their nose when I handed them my narcotic prescription, and ask me what I needed it for, but when I picked it up they had poured a bottle of 400ml instead of the prescribed 420ml. I asked the woman with brown hair and glasses if it was the correct amount, she looked at it and said yes. Unfortunately, I didn’t closely look or notice until I got home and put it on my counter that they had poured 400 not 420ml. When I went back up there to discuss with them that my unopened bottle was short, and they basically

Best pharmacy i have been to. I highly recommend it Their staff is awesome they always gets my and my kids prescriptions ready quickly and efficiently i love them always went to walgreens and it was never ready on time or was not available but these guys are on top have no compaints. If you need a pharmacy go to pinecroft i guarantee you will love it as much as i do.

Terrible service. always messing up my daughter's medicine and blaming us for their mistakes. i will be transferring from here today. i call and ask for one medicine and they give me another. my daughter takes two blood pressure medicines and they have put the wrong labels on them. there is always an issue and they never accept responsibility for their mistakes. if you want an attitude, terrible customer service, and error after error, please go here. They will blatantly lie to you. their incompetence is unbelievable. the manager is leader of a pack of incompetent staff. way to go pinecroft pharmacy

This is the BEST pharmacy that I've encountered within Montgomery county. I was a regular customer at Kroger and then CVS, both of which I had continuous problems with....I then discovered Pinecroft this year and have been MORE than pleased with every bit of service they provide! The customer service is MUCH BETTER than I've seen at any business in years and each employee at Pinecroft is amazingly caring, nice, very quick, and very thorough. I WON'T change pharmacies again unless they fall off the map... I'm not sure what occurred in reference to the 1 star review below mine, but I can't imagine
