Jeff's team has been supplying our plastic surgery office with our numbing cream and skin brightening cream for the last year, and just have to say they are the best!! His creams are better priced than other compounding pharmacies, his service is top-notch (no middle man, you work with him directly!), and turnaround time including delivery is within days after requesting the creams. On top of that, our patients LOVE the numbing cream- they say they do not feel a thing during treatments because his cream is so strong and effective!

For the TL;DR members of the group, I really like this business and highly recommend it.
In the past I have used both of the major chain pharmacies around the Houston area to fill scripts for several people in my household. The main problem seemed to be that because of their size, they tended to create broad-stroked policies that don't always work the way they should to the individual customer. In both cases it became too inconvenient to try and accommodate prescriptions for different people at different times.
The final straw was at the very beginning of the pandemic when one of the chain stores

Jeff and his team is absolutely awesome, caring, and compassionate. I had an issue with my doctor's office telling me I cannot transfer my prescription from Walmart to them and I had the same issue with Walmart telling me the same thing, well shortly after filling my controlled narcotic prescription it was transferred to Jeff's topcare pharmacy because they know the laws for Texas about prescriptions what you can do and what you cannot do as a pharmacy. his team are completely caring and compassionate about they patients and will go to lengths that no other pharmacy will go to, I have never had

Jeff and his team are honestly the best pharmacy that I’ve ever used (and I’ve used a lot!). They are professional, caring, and very helpful every time I go see them. This is one of those businesses that you build long term relationships with and tell your family and friends about. I am pretty sure I’ll keep going to Jeff’s even if we move out of the area. And they also do free local delivery which is so helpful, especially these days.

Great doing business with Jeff and his staff. Prescriptions are filled fast and accurately at a great price. They also deliver, hard to top that! We will get all our prescriptions and vaccinations with them, even our dog’s medications! Love supporting local businesses and getting great service in return. I have lived a lot of years in a lot of places. I moved recently to Houston and completely unbeknownst to us, my husband had a serious brain tumor. I was rushing back and forth to the hospital in the middle of the pandemic and felt on the verge of panic for six months. Of course, life goes on and I had to get my own prescriptions and was only familiar with the big chain pharmacies. I received a call from Jeff himself at Jeff's Topcare Pharmacy. He had been contacted by one of the big chain stores bc they were out of my meds. He said he had my medications and he would even deliver them to me
