Alright, quick story.
To be honest, Murphy florist dropped the ball on my valentine order. I ordered a big bouquet and box of chocolates and what showed up was a very small arrangement (the one on the left) and no chocolates. I was pretty upset. I sent one of those mean emails to the florist, and to my surprise, within 15 minutes Logan called me and told me he was going to make it right.
The bouquet on the right and the two boxes of chocolates were promptly delivered to my house with an apology for getting the order wrong.
Businesses don’t always get it right. But when they own up to the mistake

I love this little florist shop! It’s so small and you would expect them to produce such beautiful arrangements! I can order something very specific or just tell the florist what the arrangement is for and I am always surprised at how gorgeous these arrangements are. They always deliver on time and have amazing communication. I cannot recommend them enough! 5 stars doesn’t do this little shop justice.

About a month ago, I placed an order with Murphy Florist for a funeral of a parent of a friend. As with most customers, I called the order in after having viewed the selection on the website. Well, unfortunately the arrangement did not appear as it had on the website and I sent an email accordingly. So that was that - not quite. Since then I have received phone calls, which I forgot to return, and an email from Murphy Florist concerning my dissatisfaction. Finally, I got around to returning a phone message and have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I was offered any opportunity in order
