For a company that has been in business for along time, you would think their realtor would have the experience to know if their clients loan would go thru to buy a house. 2 days till closing we find out buyer backed out of buying our house. We lost the house we were going to buy along with all money down, I transferred my job and half my stuff is in storage in another state.
