Please be warry and DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I was a good tennant for over 4 years, paid on time/early and followed the rules. I purchased a home and had to move out, but then was hit with almost $2000 worth of "repair and cleaning" charges. Had my deposit of $750 PLUS an additional $1200 repair bill. Over $300 for paint, over $400 for carpet repair/cleaning when we didn't even have new carpet when we moved in and $300 for "Deep Cleaning". This company changed names 3 times since I first moved in and has truly earned the reputation for gouging prices and not taking care of their tennants

This is THE worst place to rent from.... there is NO communication... and when they say someone is going to come out to look an issue im waiting by my door all day long... i work nights and sleep during the day. So me having to take time waiting for service that never comes is very irritating. Water heaters been out twice... with a little baby she needs to be bathed... WILL NOT answer calls only way to get things figured out is if you PHYSICALLY have to drive there everytime. And with my apartment having issues one after another.. i dont have time to keep driving there.. ive had a roach problem

I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to be forced to communicate with the employees here. That is, when they chose to communicate (always on their own terms, never in the best interest of their tenants.)
First and foremost, they are more than happy to accommodate tenants who are engaged in illicit activities and dealings, and if another one of their tenants objects or feels unsafe to be forced to live in that situation, well then, too bad!
The property manager, Jason Evanchak, lacks any empathy for his tenants, and is most comfortable avoiding responsibility for issues that only he has control

Do not rent/buy from these crooks! When first signing lease about 5yrs back we were informed that inspections were done every year. Turns out they're done every 6 months or "when deemed necessary." Per property management! Management would come in and take pics of property and say "everything looks good" then put in a documented report sent to homeowners that property was unkempt and trashed. I'm glad to see i am not the only unhappy resident that had to deal with these crooks. We lived in our house for 5 years. We always paid rent and we took very good care of the house. It wasn't long after we moved in that we come to reliaze it was pointless to ask for any kind of maintance because they would never show up or of they did he was belligerent drunk and wouldnt even fix anything. We had to do most of the repairs. Now, they are trying to charge us for things that we should NOT have to pay. I rented from Realty Corner for two years, from 2014-2016. Every dealing with them was smooth and professional. I recommend them to everyone. When I had a maintenance issue, they always followed up promptly and addressed it. Once I put in a maintenance request online at 930 pm or so due to leaking water and they called me within 10 minutes to offer me options on how to proceed.

Bed bugs in my building, mold issues, broken sewage pipes, almost 3 weeks of a Port a potty smell, far too many disregarded phone calls and questions, backing on only 3 of the stairs to the upper apartments, many complaints.
And $400 charge to paint a less than 500sq ft apt.
Is this even legal?
I haven't ever written a negative review before but save yourself.

No body ever got back to me, after countless attempts to get a response from them. I was left with no choice but to take care of it myself!

Realty Corner is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They were dishonest and used my deposit to fix problems with the home that were existing before I moved in, and that I had even asked them to fix the first month I was living there. For example the took 2/3 of my deposit to paint the interior! My wife and I lived there for 2 years and had a few pictures hanging on the wall, so maybe a touch up, not hundreds in repainting the house. My experience was very negative even when dealing with them while I lived there. I would not recommend this business to anyone!!!

These people are horrible! Before we moved out we told them about the mold we found. They told us to leave it since we were moving out and they said they have had problems with mold there before. The ventilation was horrible in that place. The walls were dripping with water always no matter how much we left the windows open. These people are crooks. I was told I could turn in an application that they would be able to approve me and the app would be good for 6 months, for any property. I turned it in and paid 40 dollars. I never heard back from them. They didn't even work on it, just took my money. Don't do business with these people, unless you want to get robbed. Terrible experience.

By far THE WORST real estate company in Reno, renters beware! I rented one of their homes 2 years while a student at UNR. If I had known how incompetent they would be and dishonest I would have never rented from them. I was in constant contact with them about issues with the house, most of which we took care in the first month because they were there when we moved in. Then to only be charged and loose 3/4 of my deposit for issues that had nothing to do with us living there. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE PAIN I HAD TO GO THROUGH!

We are currently renting a property that Realty Corner manages. They are very shady, have lied to us, and are condescending. If you own a house and are looking for a management company, look elsewhere. If you are a renter, save yourself a major headache and find another place to live. Patrick and Jason (the two people we have dealt with regarding our rental are absolutely terrible. Patrick lied multiple times about repairs that were supposed to be done before we moved in and treated us like jerks when we brought his lack of integrity to his attention. I can not recommend using realty corner to anybody! dont let their nice office fool you, they paid for it by nickle and diming thier costumers and raising rent without justification. they provided zero fallow-up on tenant issues such as yard maintainance, sewer issues and quality of service provided. This would not be a big deal, except their services were sub-par quality, not punctual and handled pooly inwhich they then passed the cost and blame on to the tenant. do not expect a company that has your best interests in mind. i would recommend cutting-out the middle man and rent straight from a
