Matt was very professional. During his visit he wore a mask as well as shoe covers. Matt presented me with a brochure on current service contracts. Matt was honest in his assessment of our current Heat Pump. My wife has already recommended him to our neighbors.

First, after research and comparable pricing, I chose Premier to install my replacement HVAC system. Secondly, the technicians who installed my system (Trystan and Zack) were courteous, professional and honest. Upon identifying a faulty thermostat, Trystan returned the next day with a replacement. Finally, he carefully explained how to use the… system efficiently and assisted us with the paperwork necessary to enjoy a rebate from the utility company. I have only good things to say about this company. They are professional, courteous, and affordable. They have helped me with an older unit and honest about the repairs it needs. First time experience with Premier and needed to get my air conditioner going since it had been 3 days off with very extreme heat. I know they worked me in and was great that they did. Very appreciative. The young man that came was very polite, knowledgeable & would answer all my questions. He wasn’t acting rushed, put new items on the air… conditioner and explained what my choices were. Checked coiled pipes and explained a maintenance contract if I wanted. Wore a mask when in house or needed to talk. I will be using them again if needed. Warranty on the work he did today.

We had an upgrade to our home HVAC system and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Mike explained everything so well and was very professional.
