I don’t like to give bad reviews but I think it’s important for people to understand what they are getting themselves into. This hotel has lots of potential but completely misses the mark on so many things I can’t begin to explain. We had three rooms and each person agreed that even though we liked the location it’s not worth staying there. An example is that when we first got to our room there was no Kleenex (it’s the end of December)and a small roll of toilet paper so I called the front desk from the room phone. It rang and rang and rang and then it was like someone picked up and hung

The room was clean. Some of the hallways/elevators from the parking garage to the hotel smell like smoke and pet urine. Sorry to see Aveda products disappear. There were issues with the reservation system: I reserved one room and got a confirmation number. Then I got an email saying my room was cancelled. Then I got an e-mail with two room reservations. The front desk clerk was going to charge me for two rooms. I refused. Your computer error is your problem.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago for a week. The rooms are comfortable and nice, but for the very expensive price I think the breakfast should be better and the service, also for the price I was charged I think I should have had housekeeping, which I was told if I stay a week, I could not have my room cleaned until the day of my departure, do I had to clean my own room which I was not happy about, I should have been given refund or discounted price since I have to do the housekeeper's job, you should have paid me the way you pay your housekeeper to clean the rooms, and I did not like that I had to refill

We had our wedding at the Jefferson Street Inn and everything so amazing! All of the staff were great to work with and Heather worked with us every step of the way in the planning through the entire day of our wedding to make sure everything was perfect. The Grand Ballroom was beautiful. Several compliments on the food and the bar and the hotel rooms. Thank you for helping to make our wedding day perfect.

This place is wonderful. I've never had such polite staff in all of my work travels. I've been here 3 times in the past 5 weeks for work, and have had nothing but great service. Some of the rooms are better than others, but I've not been unhappy with any. They are all clean and give lots of space to move around, as well as work (which I ended up doing). Lots of great places to eat nearby.
