Dealt with Gerrie Ray. Poor customer service, they are rude and demeaning. Charges for documents that you are entitled to as a property owner. They don't respond to repeated emails with questions. Have to call and leave messages. When you finally speak to them, they are rude and claim they responded to your emails even though the email thread shows otherwise. When they finally answer your question, they tell you to keep the information so you don't have to ask it from them again. Very rude!!

For over 10 years I have had the pleasure of working with Elite Property Management services. They manage my condo in Eastlake Woodlands Country Club.
