Jodie managed a rental property for me for years. She was a great help, very responsive and fair. She dealt with the tenants and their problems for me, kept me informed about any issues, and was always very professional in her approach. I would have her manage my property in a heartbeat.

Landlords beware . I am the homeowner whose house Ms Felicione rented for over three years. She wanted what she wanted, when she wanted it, and on her own terms, even if it meant contradicting the lease agreement she had signed.
I disagree with Ms Felicione's comments about Jodie and feel compelled to present the other side of the story. I am doing so on my own free will, unsolicited, and in response to the statements she has made about Jodie.
As a tenant, Ms Felicione would not/did not allow me to enter the inside of my house (to inspect and plan for needed upgrades) the couple of times I visited

Renters beware! I too initially thought Jodie was wonderful. I rented from her for over three years. I was a stellar tenant and treated the home like my own. I made multiple improvements and neighbors commented about how I maintained the home like an owner not a renter. When I elected to move as I bought a house I was very accommodating to Jodie with regards to showing the property and moving out early to accommodate the new renters. We did a final walk through and she never indicated any issues other than repainting of two walls that I had permission to paint that she charged me almost 400 to

Honestly one of the worst landlords I've ever had. The entire process was painful from move-in date to getting my deposit back. I would like to touch on a few of the issues that happened during my rental experience with Jodie.
- When I initially moved into 256 144th Ave N. Madeira Beach, FL address the apartment was filthy and smelled of mold/mildew. Jodie attempted to investigate the issue herself and could not find mold anywhere. However, there was mold visibily growing in the bathroom. The owner and Jodie both did not bother to have a professional come out and look at the property for mold

Jody is a despicable person. She is dishonest and does not return calls. She rented my daughter an apartment on Madeira Beach and it was filthy upon moving in. It smelled like mold and was in fact invested with black mold. She blocked the second exit so it was unuseable which is against the fire code. The electrical was completely rigged to the point that it was a fire hazard. When it was time to move out she made up bogus reasons which I will be happy to share her letter with anyone so she could keep the deposit. She should lose her real estate license for her unethical behavior. If I could give

Our family used Jodie to help find us a place when the owner of a previous home we lived at decided to sell. Our experience throughout the leasing process was smooth and communication was clear.
I was shocked when we ran into a situation with our dishwasher how she personally came out with a helper and got the problem solved straight away. For the period of our lease Jodie has been a pleasure to deal with.
We have known Jodie for years and find her to be a busy lady that is dedicated and hardworking . She knows the local market and I highly recommend her to both sellers and buyers.

Jodie is one of the most honest and professional property managers I have ever encountered. The reviews that I read from the mother and daughter team seem to be from two angry persons. I have known Jodie for over 10 years and she has always been nothing but upfront, honest and on top of her duties as a property manager. The one thing that she does best is to take a personal interest in the owners property that she manages. I dont know any other property manager that I would trust as much as Jodie.

Had a tour of a property in Clearwater. Jodie was very accommodating and guided me through the process of renting, being my first time with any of this. She was very considerate, offering an umbrella when it started raining while viewing the backyard.
