The Symrna location: so went there after a referral from my daughters dentist. They took X-rays etc n molds and I paid about 235-50 dollars(can’t rem exact amount). The office manager said after the doctors sit n discuss they’ll call me back with my options etc. that was in October 2021we are in December 2021 nobody called or followed up! Not even did they follow up with my dentist . That is Patient negligence & disdain! this is a child involved , if you didn’t want to help you could have said that but don’t take peoples money and not deliver service! Paid for a service that I can’t show

Just got retainers after completing 4 long yrs with Invisalign braces. Couldn’t have made it through all this time without the support of Dr. Brewster and her amazing staff! Dr. Brewster is a top-notch orthodontist and everyone in the office is super supportive and great for putting you at ease. Awesome office!
The only problem I would note is that they’ve just got to do something about Sky! He is just too funny and bossy about patients taking care of their braces!!
