Dr. William R. Kincer (Russell) graduated from the University of Georgia in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Kincer graduated Magna Cum Laude from UGA and was awarded membership into the prestigious academic honor societies, Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. In 1982, Dr. Kincer graduated from The Medical College of Georgia, earning a Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree.

We love Dr. Kincer! We just completed Phase 1 for our oldest, and his teeth look amazing. Dr. Kincer didn't settle for ok, he made sure his teeth and gums were perfect. Appointments were ALWAYS on time, and the front office staff is friendly and helpful. We will be patients for a long time as our younger 3 go through the process to perfect teeth and smiles!
