Our 5,500 square foot cleanroom consists of certified ISO-8, ISO-7, ISO-5 compounding rooms, electronic data loggers, and pharmaceutical automation and machinery allowing us to meet the production demands of our growing patient population.

Ever since they moved into the new building in Fort Lauderdale the customer service is non existent and continues to go downhill. They ship refrigerated meds on a Friday but use FedEx ground that doesn’t deliver the warm medication til Monday. The left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. You can give specific instructions on what date you want your order shipped but don’t count on it, I’ve heard every excuse in the book and there are other compounding pharmacies in Florida. Good luck with your excuses and declining customer base.

After months of purchasing my thyroid medicine and it being late upon delivery, I decided to order again this month, and I was not pleased to learn that it will be late once again due to a staffing shortage. However, I spoke with Ana and Victoria, who were quite helpful, and Ana had gotten my item delivered for me even though they were about to close for the day. Despite the fact that they claim they are short-staffed, these gals have been the only support I've ever received in the months I've been coming to this pharmacy, and I sincerely appreciate it. Employees like this deserve to be praised

Last year these people scammed me out of $60! I get the prescription from my doctor for a compound prescription, submit it with them over the phone and paid it off as well. They give me the option of either having it delivered or picking it up, I chose to pick it up, I guess that's where I made the mistake because after that, I never heard from them again. Not a single notification that the prescription was ready for pickup and of course when you don't any reminders of something you tend to forget. 2 months has passed by and I realized that I never got a phone call letting me know of the pickup

Constantly understaffed and horrible phone customer service. Everyone seems annoyed. Prescriptions never ready when promised. Do not speak with "Kristy" she could care less and with a snappy attitude as well. The majority of my patients have been getting frustrated with Hallandale Pharmacy especially over the last few months.

The company I work for switched over to using Hallandale as our primary pharmacy about 2 year ago and it has been the smoothest and best transition ever! Brett has accommodated all of our needs and always ensures that our patients receive their orders in a timely manner.I love that I can track and view the orders I submit in their online portal which is huge in helping some of our impatient clients lol. From their customer service to their packaging all is fantastic and I have no complaints!!!
