Terrible experience, I do not recommend the services , on December 23 2022 I went for COVID TEST because my travel arrangements for December 25, but the test was not sent to the Lab until December 24 in the afternoon and the owner did not responded to my emails, I ended paying 175 dollars at the airport for the test. I went to ask for the money back but the owner refuse it and did not want to listen to me. I will never recommend this place.

Yana is The Best, i can read bad experience during Holidays, but that was not HER FAULT, the laboratory was over load, THEY didn't sent the results as they used too within 24h. THAT WAS REALLY NOT....THE PHARMACY AND YANA the problem, hopefully people can understand that, and please make a difference between her and her daughter working day and night to send email and the Laboratory who didn't send the result ON TIME. 🙌🙏

This pharmacy is a delightful place, and the customer service is the best, bar none. Yana is a highly recommended compounding pharmacist, and she has proven to be caring, attentive and knowledgeable. Best Organic is the only pharmacy I've ever looked forward to visiting, and I certainly will be back again.

Reasonably priced Covid test. Went there once for test. Then next time went to a pop-up location that also gives the necessary documentation to fly international for free.
The County organized pop-up tent was a lot faster to receive results compared to this shop which uses a third-party company to get results back to us.
My advice if you need immediate results shop around…. Over-all, good experience in general. Can’t speak about the other items for sale at this shop though.

Do not go there for a PCR it’s a SCAM!!!
Went on December 28th at 11:00 and we are currently the 30th and still no results. Flight postponed twice. Paid 100$ elsewhere and had test results in less than 12 hours.
On top of all this they were extremely rude, unprofessional and would not let my 12 year old daughter use the bathroom. They told us to walk to Walgreens.

We had to..get our..PCR test to..return..to..Quebec, Canada ASAP...Yanna confirmed..it..will..be..ready..the..same..day..before..8h00 pm..and..we..got the..PCR result..the..same..day..at..7h30 pm...Excellent service and Yanna is very...professional.

The BEST service ever !!! we need a PCR covid test to come back in Canada. I was scared of it because of a bad experience before. Yana took her time, she explained to me with kindness and professionalism... thank you so much for your help and support !!! we came from Vero Beach just to get the test from her. In her add she said : result in 24 hours....I can confirm it is true. All the best for the best !!!
