If your water comes from your own well, your water is only tested at your request or when your property is sold. This was my first time ever having a home inspection done and Traverse City Home Inspections did such an excellent job in every way from start to finish! Tim, the owner of the company has gone ABOVE and beyond with additional requests I’ve had even after the inspection!
