Shaun was fantastic to work with and flexible when our scheduling needs changed last minute. Shaun continues to rack up the 5 star ratings. He was easy to coordinate an appointment time with, showed up early and was very independent, yet kept me in the loop for what he was inspecting. He did a thorough job, both inside and outside the property and had good recommendations. His report was delivered the next day and was easy to understand. We were very happy with Shaun's work! He came recommended by our Realtor, was very personable, thorough, organized and brought good answers to our questions. We have been very impressed with his work which is not always the case with the several different inspectors we have had over the years.
