Two elderly women were dropped off at the wrong location where I work at. They were supposed to be dropped off about 5 blocks down. The elderly lady called to get picked up again. She had the phone on speaker so I could hear everything. She was speaking to a guy who was very argumentative and disrespectful towards her and assumed no responsibility and lied saying he was the owner and hung up on her. (I looked up the company through the BBB and gave her the owners name). It's just very terrible to know that this is how people are being treated who are in need. IT doesn't hurt to be nice one bit

I dont usually leave reviews but after what I witnessed today I had to. The driver was so rude and obnoxious to say the least! First he kinda snapped at me when I didn't hear him tell me to sir in the front seat. Then I witnessed him yell at two other riders when they made a complaint to him. He argued with the riders back and forth being very unprofessional and immature! I wanted to tell him about himself so bad but as immature as he is, I knew I would be wasting my breath and wisdom. He surely would have yelled at me next.

Called to have my son & I picked up from his appointment. Was told that the same person that picked us up had come and gone although I had not seen her vehicle pull in to the front at any time nor did anyone come in and ask for anyone which most transportation drivers will do. They said they would not send anyone else and left my son and I stranded with no route to public transportation trying to find a way home. There was no compassion or understanding from the woman I spoke with.

Horrible service !!!!! These people left my mother in law waiting for more than an hour and 1/2 becuase they did not notified the driver that patient was ready to be picked up. So if it wasn't for me calling driver directly to pick up this could of had a different worst case scenario. Mind you she suffers from mental illness. Dont not trust your loved ones with these people. Anything could of happend to her within that time frame.
