Refinancing is the process of replacing your current mortgage with a new, better one. There are many reasons that people would go through the process of refinancing their mortgage: reducing the interest rate (most common reason), pulling equity out for a variety of reasons (a "Cash Out" mortgage), removing a co-signor from the current mortgage, reducing or increasing the term of the mortgage and many other reasons.
Multi million dollar departing residence, cross collateralization, bridge financing with a 40 year amortization and a sub 700 credit score?!? Basically, if it's a program that's out there, we have funded it. And we are always coming up with new programs and niches. We will pay the seller of the property a $500 per business day penalty if we are late on closing. If we cannot approve the buyer's loan after getting into escrow, we will reimburse for any 3rd party costs incurred in the transaction, including any loss of earnest money deposit. Not valid on any 1st/2nd combo loans.

Andrew and his team are absolutely amazing! I had the most positive experience working with them on my refinance loan. They are extremely knowledgeable, communicative and have really streamlined the process. The application and approval process is all tracked online where you create an account and submit any docs needed, which is especially helpful given the current lockdown and social distancing requirements. I was shopping rates/lenders and almost decided to go elsewhere until Andrew told me the excellent rate I could lock in NOW. It was better than anything else on the market that I had seen
