In 1982, Rev. & Mrs. Man Singh Das began purchasing run-down buildings in Aurora and cleaning them up. It's a place 2 live, when others are unaffordable or exclude you because of your income / history. It may not have the necessities you desire, but it's the unsanitary tenants that create an unhealthy & ungrateful environment within the building itself. In other words, the Hotel, can become what you want it to be.

This place has no pool, no free breakfast, and its an overpriced homeless shelter!
It has plentry of free clucks from hesed house though with unlimited bed bugs, all the good reviews are fake this dump is a bed bug palace! I can't believe a pastor owns this dump may the Lord help him see he has a horrible bed bug infestation in his little homeless asylum stay away from this place and Hadgeed😈

My fiance lives here and it's more like a plan that rents rooms out per month as opposed to a regular hotel which rents rooms out per night. To me, it's not clean enough. I've also seen bedbugs and roaches. If you just have to need a place to stay then it's okay, I guess but the monthly rent to me is ridiculous. Close to $700.00 per month.

VERY clean rooms, housekeeping was friendly and accommodating. Pools are great activity for the kids, and not too crowded even on the weekend. We ALL got in the kiddie pool to enjoy the random water buckets dumping on us. Breakfast included, won't knock your socks off, but it's basic and filling, clean and organized
