My wife and have been coming to The Champagne Lodge every month for the past 2 years. No matter what type of suite we pick to stay for the night (usually an Executive or Pool Suite), we always feel that we are away from home, but also at home. Friendly staff, clean suites and great amenities. My girl friend and I love this place!

My husband booked here for his birthday. A couple hrs after laying in the bed he asked me to scratch his back and I told him it felt like a bump. So I turned on the light and it was clearly a bug bite. Took a picture and video of bug in bed and checked out. The GM/owner denied us a refund saying he needed to wait until the pest control come the next day to confirm that there’s indeed bugs. We live 4hrs away and didn’t have anywhere to go. I’m so hurt and disappointed that people can actually be this money hungry & treat people this way. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. They need

Stayed this week and GREAT as always. I found this place years ago on an app and was hooked ever since. Be prepared! 🙂These are true hot tubs and not those itty bitty bathtubs usually in whirlpool suites you get from lesser places. Husband is 6'3 and we both had PLENTY of room with some to spare. Plus the staff are always nice.

To start I was looking forward to the walk-in shower but when I turned on the water there was no water pressure. Second the bed has no box spring and the mattress felt like something out of the 1800’s. The fireplace was over the jacuzzi tub so in order to turn it on you had to climb in the tub. We were told that we were given an upgrade in rooms but I just don’t see where the upgrade was. For as much money as this place costs you should be happy the whole night. Anyone who thinks this place is worth the money you must not travel often. Or have very low standards. We will not be returning. Even

The Towels Were Bleached and All Different Colors. The Shower didn’t have any water pressure and was dirty when we arrived. Different little things in the room didn’t work and when i called about them they told me that my room was actually an upgrade and that the features that were broken weren’t included in the room package i had bought anyway. There is no surround sound just a small quiet speaker that you need an aid cord to even use. It looked as if someone had ripped the mirror from over the bed so we didn’t have one of those either. My boyfriend and I got the Executive Suite and it was beautiful! Very relaxing! Huge Jacuzzi. King bed. Shower and steam shower room. Bathroom with a toilet and a bidet. The rooms light switches were behind the pillows on the bed. All rooms are non-smoking rooms with ashtrays on the walls outside just by your door. There is no truck with trailer parking or rv parking. They had a Keurig coffee maker and hot water for tea; bear claws, pop tarts and oatmeal cookies in the front lobby. I loved this room! I would definitely come and stay here again!

My husband and I have been coming to this place for years, not yearly. However this visit did it! We will not be returning. It was very disappointing to see such a truly nice and cozy place be reduced to a dump. The towels were bleached and mix match there were limited Toiletries one in the bathroom , yes ONE! The mattress pad was plastic made noise with every movement the bed itself needed to be up graded. The fire place didn’t work which was definitely a huge disappointment as it sits above the hot tub. And after speaking to who I was told was the GM, he told me the room we were in was upgraded

If it was not for the Property Manager, Julio, we would have left. He wants the guest to enjoy their stay and return another day. He recognized the changes that needed to be made and said he would work on them to our satisfaction for our next visit. I'm excited to see how the owners upgrade the rooms before Valentine's?

It's very nice but it could use some improvements. Toilet paper upgrade. More towels in room. Tub had a ring around it but I clean everything anyway. Dusty definitely needs fine tooled cleaning. Shower door can really hurt you so be careful. It slammed shut on my ladles foot. Otherwise it was good a bit pricey but worth it for a relaxing soak in a tub.

I’m just here to leave an honest review. We are leaving the place right now and it really wasn’t the greatest or the worst experience.
We got the pool suite which was the best part of our experience.the room looked nice even tho it does need a remodeling touch up ( chipped paint on the walls and etc ) we got the rose petal and champagne package and unfortunately the petals were fake. Pool lights also weren’t working properly. But the biggest downside for me was customer service. I felt like nobody cared. Also , no coffee maker in the room and pop tarts as complimentary breakfast? No offense
