My 82-year-old mom's car battery died. Called and they said they would be here within 30 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and nothing. Called again and they said driver had been sent and would be there within "20 to 30 minutes." Meaning they should've said an hour. Will update if they get here. They did show up five minutes ago.

They came out to jump my car for a dead battery, and ended up frying my computer in my car. Now I have to pay big bucks to get my car fixed and they won't take any responsibility. The supervisor was rude and talked to me like I was stupid. He refused to do anything. What happened to customer service? We all make mistakes, they should've helped fix this instead of being nasty. Never again will I or anyone I know use this company!! That's just bad karma on their part for not taking responsibility.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! John rescued me today and I am so grateful. He tried every trick in the book to get my car started. When that didn't work, he worked meticulously to get my car out of a tight spot in a very busy parking lot and onto the flat bed tow truck. All in the pouring rain. The whole time John was extremely professional and kind. Thank you!
