I had to move an engine and a transmission from my mechanic's shop to my garage at home. The pallet for the engine (weight 620 pounds) broke after Tony arrived, and he came up with a solution (putting a wheel dolly under the pallet) and made it work.
We were under time pressure, but he was patient and friendly, taking more time to help us than anyone would have expected. He was also very careful with both the engine and transmission.
He even was able to untie a tough knot in the straps, saving us from having to cut them up and destroy them. Highly recommended.

Tony was excellent!! We lost the key to our rental car in the ocean and we were stranded!! We called AAA and they kept pushing the time back. We would have been sitting in the parking lot for hours waiting but called Naples and thankfully Tony showed up quickly and ready to help. He was professional, fast and so helpful! He gave us a ride back to our hotel with the rental in tow. The price was very reasonable and we would highly recommend!

Vehicle stalled out on the highway due to a dead battery. I called Naples Towing and they sent out Josh. what a phenomenal guy, friendly, respectful and professional. He made me and my 11yr old son feel safe,… as he secured our vehicle and placed us out of harm's way in his truck. What an incredible guy that I am forever blessed to have met and lucky to have become friends with.

Tony was the perfect professional. I have AAA and they said it would take two hours to get me. I contacted Naples Towing and Tony came to the rescue. He had my beautiful Mercedes on his flatbed and delivered me to Naples Mercedes all in 30 minutes! The cost was very reasonable. Tony even pointed out a nail in one of my tires. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. It doesn't get any better.

Excellent experience. My battery died and I needed a jump start. After the first company my insurance arranged to give me a jump start changed their mind and decided they weren't going to be able to help, the call went to Naples Towing and Recovery. Archie showed up soon thereafter and I was on my way quickly. Archie even educated me on a sound my car's engine was making when starting it up, and told me what problem that might indicate, suggesting I get it checked out. Very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely call them again.
