A patient's first visit to Buchanan Family Dentistry will typically consist of a consultation to explain the diagnosis and discuss treatment options. In many cases, treatment will be provided immediately following the consultation, however those patients with complex medical histories or treatment plans may require a second appointment at which treatment will be provided.

We will help to maximize your insurance reimbursements, as well as send you a monthly statement regarding your account. Remember that insurance companies will typically respond within four to six weeks, so please call our office at (580) 304-7590 if your insurance payment has not appeared on your statement in that time.

Very good experience with new dentist. They were very welcoming and kind to my daughter, little to no wait time, minimal paperwork. They gave us lots of information and were very attentive to my daughter who had a small bit of anxiety since it had been awhile since she went to the dentist. Will be using them for our dental needs from now on, highly recommend.

**UPDATE** Third visit down with Doc! Still a great experience!!! Kenzie walked in relaxed and allowed all procedures with no anxiety. Thankful her first visits went so well that she was this comfortable on the 3rd visit! Second visit was to fill cavities! Even through that she came back with confidence that no one was going to hurt her!! Great team front to back!

My stories I share with my friends an family about going to the dentist. Is always about how I don't like going to them, an if they are rough or gentle. Today was very good visit, staff was very nice. Dr Buchanan explained everything, listen an anwser any an all questions an concerns I had; instead of like some places they tell you what they see an then go on to next patients. I've found my dentist hope you do too.

Very friendly office! My son is super anxious about going to the dentist but today he told me he liked going to Dr. Buchanan's office. Lainey was amazing with him and took her time to explain everything she was doing during his appointment. Highly recommend their office to anyone looking for a general dentist!

Dr Buchanan is the best dentist to take your kids to. He understands their anxiousness about being at the dentist and he is amazing at talking to them and making sure they are okay and calm while he works on their teeth. And all the ladies are amazing, you couldn't ask for a friendlier, more caring group.

I started going to Dr Buchanan's office at the beginning of this year and every single time I have been I have been beyond satisfied. The work he has done I feel was done perfectly and I have not had any issues! The dental hygienist & front desk are wonderful as well and I am amazed with the bedside manner I received. Nobody likes going to the dentist but all of my experiences with Dr. Buchanan's office have been very thorough & comfortable.

A very charming dentist office that full meets all of my dental health needs. The staff is personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and does a great job with any dental procedure you could need. I regularly see them due to a family history of dental issues. They have recently instituted different hours to allow for working individuals a better… range of choices when scheduling appointments. Dr. Buchanan has met me on emergency on the weekend for an old crown that fell out (crown was originally place by a different practice). I recently purchased whitening trays. I was amazed how affordable

We have always had such a great experience at this office. From the front desk to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Buchanan - all 5 stars. Even my kids love going! My youngest got 3 fillings today (he is only 6) and they did a great job putting him at ease, being quick and efficient and rewarding him after. Would highly recommend!
