Great people doing a great job. I am always pleased with the care and genuine concern for my well being the entire staff shows during my visits. Contrary to the common notion of dread associated with having dental work done, that is not the case for me when going to Dr. Niles. The staff members go out of their way to make me comfortable, and it is greatly appreciated.

I take my children here. The staff is always nice. My daughter had teeth pulled and the next day was in extreme pain. They got her in to be seen right away. I had to call the emergency line a few days later for her and Dr. Niles met us at the office to help her.
Overall, my children are comfortable going here, I’m confident in the work he does, and happy with the treatment my children have received.

Okay, so it's hard to get excited about going to the dentist, I know. But Nathan Niles and his crew in Arkansas City is, hands down, the best experience I've ever had in dentistry. Their laid-back and casual approach made me feel more like a welcomed friend than a patient - I honestly felt like they were all people I had known for years.
