For qualified beneficiaries, Medicare pays 100% of allowable charges from Blize Healthcare. This means qualifying patients with Medicare pay nothing out of pocket for the skilled health services of Blize Healthcare. No deductible payments and no co-pays. To qualify for skilled home health care, you first must need nursing or therapy at home due to a recent injury, illness, or change in a chronic condition.

I was initially called for a interview after one of the HR representatives found my information from indeedjobs.com. I went on an interview with one manager then after a week and three days pass by I get a call back to come and interview with the hiring manager it has been nearly one month I have not heard back from the hiring manager or the HR representative who interviewed me at first the communication is very poor and unprofessional.

On July 20th 2018 driving on Highway 12 in Fairfield, when the individual in the white Nissan numbered 112 from this company sharply cut me off. When we pulled up to a light turns out he was texting on his phone. Dangerous and definitely someone I do not trust or want in charge of hospice for me or any of my loved ones

My dad was under the care of Blize hospice for about 5 months.
His primary nurse, Monica was great and very attentive.
I switched hospice companies for a few reasons:
1. It is almost impossible to get a hold of someone with questions and concerns.
They never return phone calls or emails.
2. When I tried to switch care, I was harassed by one of the employees and had a very difficult time switching his care.
3. When he was able to finally switch to a new hospice company, Blize tried to discontinue all of his current medications!
Blize is certainly not the caring hospice company that

Blize Healthcare saw my mother while she was in Hospice, but then my mother recovered and Hospice care ended. Doctors bills have come for a year and a half -- Medicare won't pay them because they say my mother is still in Hospice! It took many phone calls to finally get documents from Blize. I received contradictory information from different people in the same department at Blize, and the second one said the first person I had talked to had left the company. Nobody ever apologized for this mess. The other thing that bothers me is that my mother's medicare statements show that Blize

Dont ever work for blize. this company is not professional at all they have nothing organized management sucks hr is really bad. they never pay you on time the day they said you are supposed to be getting paid. admin will not even speak to you they always hide. this business is a lil spooky it seems like they are doing things wrong that thats why they hide. patients are not being seen because they have no employee on top of it , its so bad that employees quit intake never last they quit right away with their lack of communication . if you want to work at a horrible company then work for blize

Called Blize and left message to get help for my Mom after a total knee replacement. No one called me back. I contacted them again 2 days later and the woman that answered apologized for not calling me back due to the fact they "were dealing with payroll". Really????? She assured me that they would call me back that day and I never heard back from them. Very poor customer service!!!! When I first called them while my mom was still in the hospital a man answered the call off hours and assured me they could accommodate help for my mom with short notice. Extremely disappointed!!!

I was referred to Blize Hospice by the board and care home my father was in. They were wonderful and compassionate. They returned my calls on weekends and evenings and called me after my Dad's passing to see if there was anything they could do for the family. They arranged a hospital bed, personalized care and even cried with me. I initially met with Blessing and she was named appropriately! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
