Private yoga with Dana is a great experience. I've had 5 classes with her and I enjoyed the energetic flows and calming stretches in every single class. She is also so professional that she can always spot any small tiny errors you make. She likes to know your goals so she can customize the class to help you achieve your goals! So if you have any specific poses to work towards make sure tell her in advance! You will be proud of the progress you will have made just like I am!

I was taking yoga classes on and off before I met Dana. I know there are so many benefits of doing yoga but somehow it just didn't stick with me. I would feel a little lost and frustrated in class because I felt I was doing all the poses without knowing if I am doing them correctly and effectively. The massive sweat that I often get from a hot yoga class would make me feel good for a while, like that oh great I sweated n burned calories I worked out feeling. But man what I really need to learn is to do the poses properly. I want feel to where I suppose to feel, not just to look right. So

I've enjoyed every single moment of practicing yoga with Dana. She is not only a very talented and respectful yoga instructor but also a wonderful, easy going woman. Dana has an ability to take you from a simple pose to a challenging experience throughout the course of the practice that leaves you wondering, " What else can I do next?" . She not only tests the limits of your physical being but also your mental strength. Practicing yoga with Dana is an incredible journey. I truly enjoy and thank her for helping me get out of my comfort zone and test the limits of my body, my mind

I owe so much more than 5 starts to Dana. She saved me from back surgery!! I have a herniated disc in my back and my doctors said that surgery was inevitable. Luckily Dana I walked into Dana's classroom 2 years ago and my life changed drastically. My back has gotten so much better that my disc herniation has gone down 3mm and my doctors have stated that surgery is no longer necessary.
I've attended quite a few Yoga classes in the past and they were all great. But none of them had the knowledge that helped my situation like Dana did. Her attention to detail and expertise with sports

Dana is incredible. She is a powerhouse instructor. No class is the same and I would know! I try to go to all of them :) She is someone that is truly following her path and you feel it with all of her classes. I really credit her with my on going body transformation. I gained 10 lbs but it's all muscle. I'm so much leaner because of her. I'm starting to love my body again. She will kick your butt in the best way possible. I swear she has 12 eyes because she helps everyone in class with adjustments and modifications. She truly is a wonderfully caring person. I was out sick for a week

I just love Dana's classes. She makes you sweat a lot. She always changes her sets, and transitions from one pose to another so smooth and sophisticated at the same time. I started as a beginner at her classes and I even did know how to stand at a lot of poses. Doing yoga is not only about muscles and being flexible it's about technic, and Dana explains it very well. Once you get there you would think it's so easy how I couldn't do that before. She always corrects her students during practice and gives you advise if you need one. I really started to love yoga because of her
