D. has 15 years of experience as a pharmacist. She graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in Biology. She then attended the USC School of Pharmacy where she also studied compounding pharmacy.

After getting frustrated trying to find somewhere to go for my Pfizer Booster, as a walk-in, a friend recommended Doran Pharmacy. I called, they answered the phone!!! I shared what I was looking to do and they said yes and gave me their hours. Today I went, was greeted when I walked in, and in a short amount of time my booster done! Great Service!

I've gotten several prescriptions filled here, but I will no longer support this business.
Had an electronic prescription sent here and they didn't have the meds in stock. No problem, I will go to my other pharmacy. The guy on the phone in a forceful manner said they are going to send the prescription to Rite Aid next door. "It's literally next door". So they refused the transfer and made me go to Rite Aid ( which I hate ) so they can get a commission off it. This place has seen the last of me.

Always so kind and communicative - you really feel like you are dealing with people. My dog had several medications called in and sadly passed away right before we were able to get them. I called to let them know and they were extremely compassionate and human on the phone. In a time where everything is becoming less and less personal it made a huge difference to me to be able to speak with them.

Can you keep a secret?
I'm almost afraid to give the excellent review I'm about to give because Doran Pharmacy is so convenient, with such amazing, kind, fast and efficient service, that I'm afraid if the general public hears about them, they will become crowded like Rite Aid.
But that's a risk I'm willing to take, because the public deserves to know how wonderful Susanna and the pharmacy techs at Doran Pharmacy are. And how they not only always get my prescriptions right (and even keep my brand in stock for me), but have spent hours on the phone with my insurance company

Then my mom began filling her prescriptions right down the block at Doran Pharmacy. I'd often pick up her prescriptions for her. Susanna was always so friendly, asking me how my mom was doing and making reference to previous conversation she'd had with her. I hardly ever found myself waiting very long when I was there, so it soon became clear that I had too make the switch too.

I needed a specific, post-surgery item. After going into the nearby Rite-Aid, they not only didn't have it, the pharmacist didn't even know what it was. It was the clerk there who who suggested I try here. The two people working here, Susanna and another guy, were exactly what customer service is supposed to be. It showed itself more than once. The item was ordered and available early the next day, zero hassle. While waiting to pay for my stuff, I noticed yet another thing I'd previously looked for everywhere with no success. Good discovery, this place.
