Schwartz Eye Care is a full service family owned optometric practice. Dr. Ted Schwartz opened the office in 1949. In 1987, Ted's daughter, Gail, took over the business and still manages it today. We have been in the same location since our establishment. Schwartz Eye Care has an extremely experienced staff, all of whom have been working at the office for over twenty years.

Our quality work and focus on patient care has always been of utmost importance to us. It is because of this, that we have fourth generation family members as our patients.

The doctor is nice but the lady and the guy are very rude he hung even hung up on me there was know need for that. I think they need new staff or a special training to work with people. I will never go back and I use to send people there no more. I will be praying for that impatient demon.

Came here on a recommendation and it was a great experience! The doctor was very nice and identified my weaker eye. The guy at the front was very patient and helped me pick out the perfect frame to suit my face. He was pretty knowledgable. Glad I went.

I have been coming to this practice for many years and it has always been a great experience. Especially during the pandemic they have been very conscientious and have continued to provide excellent service. I would highly recommend it to support a local business.

The doctor here is lovely but the other two people that work here completely ruin it. The lady at the front desk is always extremely terse and off putting while the person that does lenses ruined my glasses and wouldn't even apologize. It was clear that he washed them with some kind of solvent and melted the finish. I obviously wouldn't have bought new lenses for glasses with a sticky goopy finish all over them. They wouldn't even apologize or give me my money back. Never go here!!!!

I am a nurse practitioner and recently called to assist a patient. In my 14 years of health care experience I have never had a more offensive encounter. The office staff was astonishingly rude. I was honestly shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and barely responded because I think this individual must have had some sort of untreated anger or mental health issue. At any rate, my client still has not received his lenses and I would steer anyone clear of this practice. No one in health care should behave in this manner. You're in the wrong field Don.

Horrible customer service during the pandemic. They just baited to UPCHARGE and maximize unnecessarily. Please go to a reputable optometrist.

Eye doctor was very nice and informative. However the office receptionist does not pay close attention to detail. I ordered 2 pair of glasses. 1 with sunglass tint & 1 without for my everyday use. Well the office decided to tint the pair for everyday use. I called to notify them of the mistake. Customer Service over the phone was horrible. Then I was told I would have to pay to fix thier mistake!! Like REALLY. I paid $150 for these. I will follow my 1st mind next time & go to American Best..

I have been going here for years , The exam was good and optometrist has always been very friendly , even holding a conversation and remember that I use a computer often.
The women who show me my glasses is very friendly and informative , when I had a question about transition or bi-focals. unfortunately at the moment I can remember her name .
