Joe Bigos took the time to explain everything we needed to know. He was very professional and informative and put us at ease! It’s usually uncomfortable to have someone in your home that you don’t know, but Joe was great! The technicians who did the install were also very professional and did a great job! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

From the first phone call to job completion, I was super impressed. Everything was communicated along the way, text communication which was super convenient. Jake our sales associate was great. Took his time to explain all the options. The installer where great too! We have old farm house that has a tough crawl and attic space. They did amazing work and super clean. highly recommend!

Excel is excellent! Lisa from the office called my husband to review COVID guidelines and to review the appointment that our landlord had made. She was very nice and professional. Jeff was our Comfort Technician. He communicated with my husband beforehand on when he would arrive and got here on time. He was great! Jeff was very knowledgeable, hard-working, skilled, and kind. He wore a mask and diligently did maintenance and cleaning work on our basement interior HVAC unit as well as the exterior condenser unit. He let me know the filter type we'd need for replacement purposes moving forward and
