Jr and Pete arrived at the house by 9 am, they don't waste time, started the job right away. They are very thorough and. We provide customers with an industry leading 10-year installation warranty and a two-year service and repair warranty. With most companies, you will get a standard manufacturers warranty on installations and a one-year warranty on service and repair work.

A geothermal heat pump or ground source heat pump is a central heating and/or cooling system that transfers heat to or from the ground. Your comfort needs are of top priority and that everyone's essentials are different, which is why we've got you covered.
All services department parts, materials, and labor shall be discounted at a rate of 15% off our normal price. All repair warranties made under this agreement shall be doubled up to two full years, provided that you have maintained continual S.E.A. coverage for the entire warranty period. This agreement shall renew automatically each year, unless canceled by either party with a third-day written notice.

Shaun is what honesty and integrity are all about. I thought my A/C unit needed replaced. Another HVAC company came to my home and within 10 minutes "confirmed" this assumption for me, charged me $200 for the service/trip charge, then told me they had a “special” on a $4,000 unit that he just so happened to have sitting in his warehouse. I decided… I wanted to get a second opinion and A co-worker recommended north mountain heat and ac. Shaun came out and checked it all out and all I had was a bad pressure switch, and he changed it for less than the other company’s 200 dollar
