I called about some light scratches on my truck. She asked when a good time for me to come in and have it looked at would be. I said 3 o’clock after work would work for me. She said that doesn’t work if I would be available in the afternoon. Because 3 o’clock is afternoon I asked if she wanted it to be later. This is where she got a major attitude and replied “no I said afternoon”. I asked her what time frame she is looking for and she says with a continued and heightened attitude between 10 AM and 1 PM. I reply, “ok so mid day”. She then cuts me off and with a loud attitude says

The day after my wife got done spending hours detailing her new Jeep, we had paint work done to cover scratches left behind from the light bar that was previously on it. The Jeep was there for almost 2 weeks before we got it back. The condition was absolutely unacceptable. Dust everywhere, grease marks on the inside of her white T-tops (yes, black hand print grease marks), car seat covers covered in dirt and almost ruined, and footprints on the carpet and back seat.... the actual seat! I had a fantastic experience with DiCarlo's. First, I want to start off by saying that if you go to their website they have a whole section that details your rights whenever you are dealing with an insurance claim. After my car was severely damaged I decided to go with DiCarlo's based on the information I found on their site. I am super glad I did because he really fought for me. He always kept me updated about the status of my car and didn't listen to my insurance company when they were being unreasonable. He even made time to meet me on a holiday weekend so that he could update me on the situation

Someone hit my car and drove off, the back door and the mirror (on the left side) was completely destroyed. I only have liability insurance, so I have to pay everything out of pocket to fix my car. People at DiCarlo tried their best to do work on my car, they tried to find used parts to replace the destroyed parts on my car, and within my budget. I would recommend DiCarlo to everyone!

I dented my year-old car. The estimate was 1,650. My car was ready 3 days later, and looked brand new when I picked it up. It's beautiful, and like the dent never even happened. The final bill was 1450 also, $200 under estimate. Angelo was nice and knew his stuff, and the older man, Sid was so friendly and polite also. The women at the front desk aren't the friendliest and aren't exactly on the ball, but doesn't matter much since the work was awesome. I did call to find out what time to drop off my car at 10am, and was told I'd get a call back. Finally did at 2 after calling

A man there was very impolite. I just called for photo inspection. He was very impatient and tried to blame me for not asking for photo inspection earlier. Oh man! I just got the car yesterday! Also, my ears were not in a good condition temporarily after swimming and I could not hear him clearly. So I asked for repeat. Guess what. He's gotten really impatient and kindof rude to me! OMG. You treated a lady like that?
