WHAT HAPPENED?! Front desk customer service was the worst I have experienced in a long time! Used to be good but something has changed since our last visit. She was not accommodating with regard to parking (caught her in a lie); very unfriendly; bad attitude (yes, we are nice people); disgruntled employee?! Also, no discounts for seniors or veterans; TV did not work in first room so had to move to another. The room was beautiful and the location perfect! Customer service SO bad, we will not go back.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE COMPLETELY DISHONEST. I originally booked a room three days prior to our stay. Apparently they have a five-day cancellation policy, which was NOT disclosed to me at the time of booking. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I called to cancel the room 24 hours before our original stay. At that time I was told that there was a five-day cancellation policy; to which I replied: "How could I cancel with five days' notice when I booked within three days of arrival?" Hits: An overall good stay; clean, quiet, cool and mostly comfortable. The place has a fun vintage Florida vibe — not a luxury location by current standards but it gets high marks for its retro resort approach. Housekeeping and groundskeeping are incredibly friendly and efficient; the linens are soft and smell great, and having fresh beach towels each day was excellent. The location was an easy walk to anywhere on Flagler Ave and had quick beach access.
Misses: Our King-size suite was actually 2 twin mattresses and box springs in a King frame which created a disappointing "his 'n hers" divide

Very cute hotel! You can rent golf carts to drive around or bikes there. There are only 5 rooms so they are very guest focused. The rooms are nice with a fridge full of drinks, coffee maker, and microwave. You get 2 free waters a day and 4 kurig coffee cups. They also have all the basic hotel amenities. You very close (walking distance) to all the shops and restaurants. All the rooms are ocean front and you can literally walk from your room to the beach. You can even drive your car on the beach if you want which was $20 for the day.

Outside shower to rinse off after enjoying the beach and a swim in the Atlantic. Exceptionally quiet room. Quiet AC. Beautifully landscaped lawn with several private seating areas to enjoy the surf. Beautiful location & room. Well appointed, clean & up to date. Walking distance to everything! Beach towels and beach chairs are in the closet. Great place. Downsides are the noisy pressurized toilet (the are common in NSB) & the AC system. It has a bright light on it up at the ceiling that is bothersome when all the other lights are out. Plus it blows directly onto the bed. Small problems. Can rent bikes & golf carts right at the office.
