Inn on the Avenue is not your run-of-the-mill accommodations. If you're looking for the Hilton or the Holiday Inn, this is not for you. However, if you're looking for the finer qualities of small town "Old Florida," the personal touches, and a fantastic location, this is the place you need to check out. My only regret with my stay was the very short duration and tight schedule did not allow me to take in all the flavor of the location and the unique hospitality Tamara provides. I highly recommend a stay at this location.

This B&B was fantastic. Francis and Tami were amazing and breakfast was even better. The hostesses go out of their to make you feel welcome. Lots of lil details - rocking chairs on both porches, towels and toys for the beach and plenty of suggestions for places to eat or visit while there. The beach is a close 5 minute walk and worthy of multiple visits a day.

I can’t say enough about this amazing bed n’ breakfast! Such beautiful attention to details, art and decor. Each room is decorated by a specific beach or ocean theme. We stayed in the Starfish room but next time, we are staying in the mermaid suite because it looks fabulous! It is right on Flagler Avenue in the middle of all the restaurants and shops yet still pretty quiet at night. They have griddles built into the breakfast table so you can make your own pancakes but they also served an amazing sausage gravy biscuit stuffed with scrambled eggs and fruit. Many other snack options offered from

The atmosphere:
My wife and I recently stayed at the Inn. We absolutely loved it. The morning breakfast(s) and greetings from Tami and Francis were just the icing on the cake. It definitely is better than any hotel you could choose. Located between boutiques and restaurants, it has a downtown feel with the ability to walk everywhere you would want to go. Although you may just want to stay in and enjoy the complimentary sangria. It's so welcoming and definitely will be our first choice when staying in the area.

"Welcome Home!" was the greeting the inn keeper gave us when we walked into this squeelicious bed and breakfast. She wasn't kidding. From complimentary beverages and snacks to bedside chocolates, we felt immediately comfortable and at home.
Property and room was IMMACULATE. Breakfast was a fun treat as we got to make our own pancakes in addition to being served an amazing breakfast.
Before we left, we booked our next stay.

Great location not far from the beach on the main street. Flagler Ave. Competitive pricing. Unique building and interior decor and rooms. All amenities one needs. Comfortable beds and rooms. Tammi and Vicky do an excellent job of taking care of your needs. Off street parking. Security facility. Shops and restaurants on the street within walking distance as well as the beach. We will be back and recommend to friends.

Maybe our most enjoyable stay on our trip around FL from B&B's to high end resorts! Location couldn't be better, right on Flagler Ave for regular events on the street, just a short walk from the beach, and steps from many restaurants and bars. Yet still plenty quiet for sleeping. Small and very beautifully decorated. And Francis running the place couldn't be nicer or make better breakfasts (definitely try the bananas foster pancakes). Not a complaint at all, but our room (Coral) had a cloud soft mattress. Very nice, but not for everyone, so if you need a firm mattress, maybe ask for a different

So glad we finally stayed at Inn On The Avenue B&B!
We love visiting NSB and usually stay at chain hotels but this visit changed us forever. Will only book with Inn On The Avenue for all future stays. Comfortable beds and homey accommodations. Breakfast was extra special and included with room. Location is perfect for shopping and nightlife all within walking. Hostesses are very personable without being overly present. Easy checking and out.

Lovely place! My husband and I spend a day to celebrate our 42nd anniversary. We never experienced a bed & breakfast inn. It was a wonderful experience and this place was so cozy. We made our own pancakes and it was fun. Very clean and adorable decoration. The location is great and we have a lot of going on. Walking distance from the beach.

What a nice B&B! It doesn't feel like it but built new as a b&b, it has the old Florida feel. I stayed in the Coral room, and it is really cute. Above and beyond with everything... bed, linens, decor. Everything so nicely done. One thing however...the room is really small, but it did not inconvenience me.
Walk out the front door to shopping and eating, and about two blocks down Flager is the beach. At 5:00 everyday is a complimentary cocktail hour - sangria.
The staff was super nice and accommodating. Really nice.

We often do mini weekend stays in New Smyrna Beach and this is always our first choice. The owners and staff are super welcoming. The sangria happy hour and all day fresh baked treats are an added plus. The bed and room is super comfy and beautifully themed. The breakfast is the best around! Without any doubt, stop searching and stay here. If it's available, grab it!

The best Bed and Breakfast you will ever attend, talk about accommodating! The team there keeps it ever so comfortable, clean, and extremely attentive to our needs. The breakfast is amazing, and changes everyday but I have to admit those pancakes capped the whole experience of wonderfully. Themed bedrooms and included restroom in each one is maintained to the highest degree! A must visit, we'll be back for New Years next time around!

We really enjoyed our stay. No complaints. Very comfortable room and bed. Nice shared balcony. In the morning, you can make your own pancakes on a griddle On the table, in addition to a hearty breakfast. They also have bikes available for you. It was nice being on Flagler because you're in the heart of downtown and still close to the beach. Would be happy to stay there again.

We stayed at the Inn On The Avenue 1/16/15. We were warmly greeted by the owner Tami upon arrival and were escorted to our room. The Inn was immaculate and very well taken care of. We were told that snacks and drinks were always available and that sangria would be available around 5:30. A nice touch! We went out for the evening and returned to a nice turn down service with bottled water, ice and chocolates. Very comfortable mattress made sleeping easy. Then came breakfast! The table had grills in the center for you to make your own pancakes, while they served wonderful Eggs Benedict and fruit. I
