123 Floors is the full-service source for residential and commercial hardwood flooring. We install all types of hardwood floors and perform No-Dust Sanding and Refinishing on existing wood floors. We do not hire out these services to third parties! The owner and proprietor of 123 Floors, Ben Huckaby, will be the lead craftsman on every job.

We received a recommendation for 123 Floors from our realtor after we bought our condo. After contacting them and scheduling a date for installation, they showed up on time and completed the installation of our new basement flooring in two hours. They did really great work, and we will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to our friends.

Ben and his crew were absolutely AMAZING. Once we initially got over the scare from the horror stories told of dealing with refinishing hardwood floors, we called 123 floors and had them to come by for an estimate. Ben was nothing but nice and knowledgeable. He eased our minds due to thoroughly explaining EVERYTHING step by step. We were simply amazed at how easy the process went from start to finish. Overall, I highly recommend them due to GREAT pricing and GREAT work. Our floors are BEAUTIFUL!!

Ben and his team did a great job installing new hardwoods in our home and refinishing the pre-existing hardwoods. We have received so many compliments. The cuts around our stone fireplace are precise and look amazing! They were careful when moving our furniture and when replacing. They were timely and finished quickly. Great job!!!
