Just went for a haircut for my 5yo.
The hairdresser was 25 mn late but well it can happen and we did not really mind.
But then comes the turn of my son. The hairdresser did not have time to wash his hair and then performed a 5 mn haircut !! I have asked just for his hair cut to be refreshed and not cut too short. The front hair line is just a really really short straight line (I call it a ‘monk haircut’), the hair behind each one of the ear is not cut the same not is it a clean cut. The front is so short that the haircut is not balanced anymore with the sides or the back.

My wife just called this place to make an appointment to have her hair colored. She was put on hold for 10 minutes and could hear customers being cashed out in the background. She never even got to speak to anyone. She even heard someone or some thing say a customer would never come back again. What a poor excuse for customer service. If you are the owner and you read this, call your own place once in a while or have someone do it and you will see what I mean. Pathetic

Must see Rachel... although I was watching every stylist, technician, and artists produce one incredible service after another I remained optimistic but still skeptical as in my 32 years of living I have yet to find someone that can manage my thin frizzy curly out of control hair while still appeasing and satisfying my every request for my new hairstyle and new look... Rachel not only remain professional but personable genuine and made me feel and look completely brand new every other hair stylist that I've encountered from the high-end to the fair priced and inexpensive stylists not a one has

I had a great experience here. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and was toying with adding highlights to my dark hair. Rachel did an amazing job! And she took a horrible stacked haircut I hated from a prior salon and flipped it into a gorgeous textured bob that is simply the best haircut I've ever had!

Bobby the owner was so nice. I was greeted and taken care right when I entered the salon. Greg did my high/low lights. He was professional and Efficient. We had great conversation. He did exactly what I wanted the high/low lights were spot on. I also got a pedicure which was AMAZING. Definitely going back. I really love this place

I have been coming to Sassy Hair for about two years now and the staff is incredible! Bobby, the owner, is a lovely woman who cares about her customers. Her personality and hair skill set is wonderful and it’s a JOY to come in and get my hair done!
The staff is professional and friendly. The stations and clean and well maintained. Greg, a hairstylist, is also a very great worker. He carefully articulates each strand of my hair to perfection.

I'm staying in Siesta Key while house hunting. Coming from NY I have not been to a hairdresser in 3 months and DIY hair dye made a mess. I made an appointment at Sassy hair and I can't say enough great things about this salon. Friendly, professional, covid compliant just a wonderful experience. Big thanks to Joan who recommended that I come for a keratin treatment and dye and to Paige my hair specialist for turning me into a different person. Bobbi the owner was also amazing and welcoming. Will definitely return here.

Great first time experience. The staff was lovely and inviting. Liz is an expert colorist. I have long curly hair. She gave me beautiful highlights and a perfectly straight blow out. She’s very meticulous and does excellent work. Met the owner Bobbie very sweet and helpful. I highly recommend Sassy to anyone that cares about their hair. Thanks ladies, Can’t wait to come back.

I would not recommend Sassy's for any service. They are unprofessional and did not deliver promised services, but charged me for them. They refused to make the situation right, stating their contract clause even though they did not perform the service. Several girls for my daughters wedding had to redo their hair & makeup themselves. One was treated so unprofessionally that she left in tears without her hair being finished or her makeup done. Sassys charged me $200 for her services and refuses to refund me the money. I spent over $1500 total. Another guest had their nails done

I was looking for someone/ someplace new to get my hair done. The last place I had been going to I was left very disappointed and scared to have that disaster happen again. Paige did my hair and it turned out awesome! I told her my concerns about the last time and what I was looking for- she took her time and really did an absolutely amazing job. She definitely has me as a customer for life! Really cute shop with a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend!

Sassy is the best salon in Sarasota. The ladies who work here are professionals. They have decades of experience. Bobbie and Jeris are the best.
I get compliments on my nails all the time. I always get shellac manicures. I've had friends say they don't like shellac because it ruins your nails. The removal method they use at Sassy, won't damage your nails at all. My shellac manicure lasts about 3 weeks and it's perfect every time. Be sure to ask about nail designs during your visit! Jeris can do absolutely anything!

I was a walk-in on a Saturday. When I came inside it was clear a bridal party was there. I asked the woman at the desk if they were taking walk-ins and she said yes. She told me to hold on while she checked her books and then said that she didn't have anyone available. Keep in mind, I never had asked her about a manicure or told her what service I needed. If they were too busy with the bridal party, I'd understand but why didn't she just say that then?! She didn't offer me an appointment later that week or anything. Just rude!
