This salon was beyond exceptional! The owner is such a kind person. Who genuinely cares for her clients. The salon is Gorgeous. All the girls were so warm and kind. I’ve been going to Keely at Market District every 6-8 weeks for almost 2 years now and my hair always looks and feels amazing! Their receptionist Anna is the sweetest person and always helps me pick out the right products and gets me all set up for my next appointment! Love this salon and the employees. Every time I come in, whoever is at the counter is always so sweet and quick to get to me. I love Keely! I have had highlights a few years back from her. More recently she helped me decide on a great Auburn color back in November with Demi permanent dye. And just last week she helped me find a great way to lighten my hair and make it’s a gorgeous strawberry blonde.

Poor management. Got my hair done a little over a month ago and was unhappy with how it turned out after a few washes (called back just a week later). I called and asked to speak to a manager about my hair because I felt bad being a first time client and didn't want my stylist to be at fault or feel bad. I never received a call back from management which I had requested, I received a call from the stylist who did my hair which was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable considering it was my first visit to this salon.
