I ordered through justflowers.com. Paid for extra flowers. Thought I was good. The flowers that showed up are a total mess. First the extra flowers I paid $35 for were not included, The balloon was half flat, and at least 15% of the flowers were broken and wilting. I made a call to justflowers and they said the flowerest said that it was a child that took receipt. I then sent them the video showing the flowers falling over snapped without anyone touching and they finally approved a return. I would caution anyone in Vegas to avoid this place like the plague. They deal in very poor quality flowers

The worst experience. Flowers were ordered from 1-800-Flowers and delivery was 5 days late. Maybe not the shops fault but who knows, the lack of communication is awful. Flowers get delivered with 8 mins left of delivery window and the bouquet is a joke. It's sparse and nothing like the photo. It's hard to see in the photo but some flowers were already wilted when I got it. I expected so much from a $65 bouquet.

I received a Christmas bouquet ordered through 1-800-FLOWERS from this florist. At first I thought it was a joke, it was so bad. It was sparce and scraggly and the flowers had brown edges. I searched online to see what it was supposed to look like and found it at the price point I knew was paid. It didn't look anything like the one pictured on 1-800-flowers. The cheap basket it arrived in was even broken. I contacted Flower Zone and explained the situation, including pictures of the arrangement I received. My son, daughter and grandson sent a beautiful bunch of roses and other flowers for mother's day. They were beautiful the first day. The second day they wilted. They should have lasted longer than that. I was not abusive to them. I have had flowers before. Order # 18834480. I didn't tell them about this. Stay safe.

I ordered The Lavish Lavender Bouquet to be delivered to my mother this past Fri, Feb 21, 2020. This bouquet was Anything but " Lavish"! The flowers arrived limp and wilted, it was a completely different arrangement than I had ordered and it was Hideous! The bow looked like a 3 year old tied it and I was very upset. Well looks like I'm the lucky one, or people only post when angry. :p Anyway, we received an absolutely lovely arrangement from The Flower Zone as a memorial. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement lasted for over a week. It also had a lovely glass cross incorporated into the arrangement that was easily removed as a keepsake after the arrangement was spent. This was one of my favorite arrangements.

I will never ever order flowers from here ever again. I ordered flowers for my fiance birthday hoping that it would look a bit like the photo they advertised. When I ask to see how they looked my fiance sent me a picture of that( see photo). I was so disappointed, I email them. Didn't get a respond. Waste of hard earning money just for crap.i should of just went to Albertsons or Smith's for 19.99 instead. Bad business. Please avoid and save your cash.
