Dr. Marx received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami, and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova South Eastern College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Marx furthered his education by completing a General Practice Residency and fellowship in Dental Implantology with the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery University of Miami School of Medicine.

I had my 6 month cleaning yesterday and as always, it's nothing but a painless & great experience. Take it from someone that has an extremely sensitive mouth.

If I could give more stars I would.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Fraser and his assistant Rachael.
They are some of the nicest people I have ever met and SUCH a professional team. They are very caring are very honest. I have never liked going to the dentist before them and I will not be changing anytime in the near future because of the service they have provided me with.

This is a real review left by a real person unlike all these fake positive reviews most likely left by employees or people who had some kind of incentive to leave a nice review. However my boyfriends experience with this dental group was awful. They told him he had two cavities and he wasn’t so sure about that. He went to a different dentist and today we found out his teeth are in great condition and he actually didn’t have any cavities. So this place is definitely dishonest.

I “used” 2B terrified of going to the dentist. However, coming here is almost akin to going to the spa. LITERALLY! The staff is SUPERB, professional, considerate, conscientious, flexible, thoughtful and kind. Our entire family calls Advanced Dental our family dentist. I recommend them to everyone. You’d be doing yourself a disservice if you need a dentist and don’t check Advanced Dental out 4 yourself - truly 😉
